Stress is the leading cause for illness and absenteeism in the workforce today. People are trying to balance work and
personal stress and it gets overwhelming at times. This is an interactive workshop designed to make us more aware of what
causes stress in our work and personal lives. We look at external and internal factors that cause stress, and ways to manage
this in our lives. Through a series of discussions and self-assessment exercises, the participants look at ways to
incorporate time management techniques into day-to-day living. This seminar will teach you ways to deal with stressful
situations and the importance of balancing things to achieve a healthier lifestyle.
