Constructive criticism improves employee performance. The supervisor will lean how to offer constructive criticism without damaging employee confidence and ability. Managing interpersonal relationships is never easy. Participants will examine ways to respond to disputes between employees. Additionally, we will look at ways to work through difficult situations that arise in the workplace, through conflict resolution techniques.
